By Car (from Dublin): - Follow the signs for the M50. - Continue on the M50 until the exit for the N7 (junction 9). - Turn right onto the N7, and then continue until the road becomes the M7 (at Naas). - Turn left onto the M9 to the South-East and follow the M9 and the N9 to Carlow. - Continue straight through Carlow towards Kilkenny. On entering Kilkenny city you will see a Ford dealer on your right; continue a short distance to the first roundabout. - Turn left at the roundabout. At the next roundabout take a right towards the city centre. - Continue along this road for about one mile and you will pass the castle. - At the traffic lights, turn left onto Patrick’s Street; the Pembroke Hotel is approximately 100 meters away on the left hand side.
